The layout and room sizes of the two houses are almost identical. They each have a central 80m² living and dining area with kitchen, large dining table and fireplace for the shared use of all guests in one house. The central area opens onto the sunny south-facing terrace with floor-to-ceiling windows, where 16 people can comfortably eat together.
The spacious suites are located in the side wings and range in size from 60-80 square metres over two levels. All suites have a 200x180 king-size double bed on the lower level, a dining table, a sofa with coffee table and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC and double washbasin.
The four SeaView Suites also have a separate bedroom on the upper level with two single beds, which can also be placed together, as well as their own 25m² terrace, which adjoins the central 80m² south-facing terrace. The four MountainView Suites have an extra 200x160 queen-size double bed on the gallery level.
The minimum stay is five days in winter, otherwise seven days. Extra days will be charged at the indicated daily rate.
10% tourist VAT (Spanish IVA) is included in the rental price, the Ecotasa tax is charged locally per person and day depending on the season.
The prices quoted refer to an occupancy of up to 16 persons for both houses together. Additional persons will be charged €25/day regardless of the season. Infants up to 2 years are free of charge. The maximum occupancy is 24 persons. Each suite can be occupied by a maximum of four people, corresponding to two double beds or one double bed and two single beds and an optional baby cot.
The houses have underfloor heating in all rooms. In the period from mid-October to mid-April, it may be necessary to activate the underfloor heating in Mallorca. The heating costs are then included in the rent up to an amount of 50€/day. Costs exceeding this amount will be charged according to consumption. E-cars can be charged free of charge between 9am and 6pm. Bed linen, towels, electricity and water are included in the price. Towels are changed free of charge. Final cleaning is included in the price for stays of 7 days or more, otherwise it is charged at €250 per house. Intermediate cleaning with complete linen change can be booked at a price of 200€ per house.
